Patty holds dual board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She has a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from University of Massachusetts/Lowell, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University. She has practiced as an Adult Nurse Practitioner for 25 years providing biopsychosocial care to young adult and adult clients in a variety of settings. Recognizing the prevalence of mental illness and the impact that mental illness can have on one’s life, Patty chose to pursue additional certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and completed her PMHNP Post Master’s certificate at University of Massachusetts/Amherst.
Patty’s clinical practice includes psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment that is tailored to each unique individual. Patty is dedicated to providing mental health care to patients of all backgrounds and identities and is a proud LGBTQ+ ally.
Maintaining a compassionate, non-judgemental approach to healthcare is of the upmost importance to Patty. She believes in the importance of an integrative mind-body approach to provide clients with holistic, personalized care to address both their mental and physical health needs with the goal of improving the quality of their life. Patty treats patients aged 18 and over and offers virtual and in-person appointments. Outside of work she is happiest on the water or in her garden, cooking for her loved ones, and fantasizing about buying a villa in Italy.

Sonal commenced her nursing career in 2000 as a cardiac and critical care nurse. She has garnered experience from various multi-specialty magnet hospitals and organizations, notably Mass General Hospital. Her educational achievements include a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and a Master of Science in Nursing from MCPHS. She further expanded her expertise by earning a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner credential from UMass Amherst.
Sonal's passion lies in providing holistic care to patients with mental health disorders. She possesses clinical proficiency in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and personalized treatment. Her patient-centric approach emphasizes building strong therapeutic relationships and tailoring care to individual needs.
