My clinical practice includes psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment including psychiatric medication management that is tailored to each unique individual. I believe in the importance of an integrative mind-body approach to provide clients with holistic, personalized care to address both their mental and physical health needs with the goal of improving the quality of their life. My approach is collaborative, and I find it important to work with your primary care provider, therapist, and other treatment providers as a team.
I offer in-person and virtual appointments. Treatment includes Psychopharmacology/Medication Management, Alternative and Complementary Medicine, and Pharmacogenetic Testing for a variety of conditions such as Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Mood Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Sleep Disorders.

Chantal Coughlin, MSN, PMHNP-BC, AGPCNP-BC
Chantal is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in primary care and a deep commitment to holistic, trauma-informed mental health care. She brings experience as a nurse practitioner in urgent care and adolescent health, where she developed a reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care.
After earning her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Northeastern University in 2018, Chantal pursued advanced training in psychiatry, completing a post-graduate certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She is currently expanding her expertise through a fellowship in integrative psychiatric medicine, which emphasizes the intersection of traditional and complementary approaches to mental health.
Chantal uses a trauma-informed lens in all aspects of care, recognizing the complex ways past experiences shape present well-being. She is passionate about creating a safe, collaborative space for individuals of all ages to explore their mental health and work toward lasting change. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and integrative approaches to wellness.
